Although I have not posted much during the Holidays, I have a fun card that highlights some new product for you today. The countdown is on for the start of both the Occassions Catalog and Sale-A-Bration! January 6th is the magic day.
My card today previews the Crazy About You stamp set & the Hello You Thinlits Dies which are available as a bundle in the Occassions Catalog.
The card base is Pistachio Pudding c.s. The sweet Whisper White tag was cut with the Party Pennants Bigz L Die which is on sale with the WEEKLY DEALS this week. You have probably noticed that I use this Die often and I find it to be very useful for both scrapbooking and card making. Consider picking it up while it is 25% off.
The tag was also embossed with the Large Polka Dot Embossing Folder. The Hello You Thinlits Dies were used on Coastal Cabana c.s. to cut the word happy. And, the word birthday was stamped with Crisp Cantaloupe ink using the Crazy About You stamp set. It was then attached to a Crisp Cantaloupe Banner that I hand cut.
The flower from Crazy About You was stamped 3 times with Crisp Cantaloupe Ink. It was punched out once with theFlower Medallion Punch. Two layers of centers were hand cut from the 2 remaining flowers. A sweet Pearl adorns the center of the flower.
Notice that leaves from the Crazy About You stamp set are stamped on the card base with Pistachio Pudding Ink.

Merry Christmas to you and yours! Today I am celebrating with family but I wanted to take time to wish you a very Happy Holiday Season. In addition, it is time for another Palas Paper Arts Sketch Challenge from the talented Nicole Watt.
I prefered to turn the sketch on its side because of course, I saw it as a Christmas Tree.
My tree is avariety of triangles cut from the Trim the Tree Designer Series Paper. You might recognize my background dsp as coming from the same Paper Stack.
My card base is Early Espresso and it is repeated with the paper for the tree trunk and again with the ink color for the sentiment.I love the script of this particular sentiment which comes from the Watercolor Winter Too stamp set.

My card today is about turning lemons into lemonade. Yep, this card is headed to my friend Eletha.
I used the stamp set A Happy Thing which is one that you can earn free from Sale-a-Bration with an order of $50 not including tax or shipping. This image has so many possibilities and it will be useful long after Sale-a-Bration ends. Think summer and all those opportunities to use this set.
And, how about picking up some free Daffodil Delight Blendabilities from Sale-a-Bration so you can color these lemons. I also used a brand new set of Wild Wasabi Blendabilities that are available in the upcoming Occassions Catalog.
