Last week I posted a card with a Gold Foil Hexagon Hive. At the time, I said that I wasn't happy with it and I wanted to make some changes to my card. Several of you encouraged me to post the changes. I am happy to report that I made the changes and I am much happier with my card. Please tell me what you think.
The co;or combo is the same on both cards but I replaced the stamped black flowers from the first card with Petite Petals stamped with Strawberry Slush Ink and punched out with the Petite Petals Punch. In addition, I added some Wild Wasabi leaves punched with the Bird Builder Punch.
The Gold Foil Hexagon is trimmed down in size from the full die cut. The finished card is stil 4-1/2" x 4-1/2". Take a look at the cards side by side. Which one do you prefer?

Hands down the best card is the strawberry slush with the little green for leaves. Love this card!
Wow! What a transformation! I have to admit that card was my least favorite of yours recently. Thanks for showing us that its ok not to be happy with every card we make and for giving us ideas for how to make changes.
My goodness what a difference a little greenery makes. The card today gives off a cozy feeling. I like trays card the best. What a whiz kid you are with this craft.
