My card today is sweet and simple. It is a case of a catalop sample from page 23 of the 2015 Occassions Mini.
The Petal Potpourri Stamp Set with the coordinating Flower medallion Punch make this card so quick & easy to create. Stamp the lacy flower from the set with Perfect Plum Ink on Pink Pirouette cardstock. Use the Flower Medallion Punch to punch out the flower. Cut the flower into 3 pieces as shown above.
Using a standard size Perfect Plum cardstock card base, stamp the small dot from the stamp set with Perfect Plum Ink. Cut a piece of Pink Pirouette cardstock so the left edge measures 3-1/4" and the right edge measures 2". This produces the jaunty angle on the pink c.s. The Hello from the stamp set Hi There is stamped with Perfect Plum Ink.
A strip of Perfect Plum c.s. calls attention to the sweet flower pieces. The final touch is a Whisper White heart-shaped button from Sweet Dreams Designer Buttons. It is tied with a bit of Whisper White Baker's twine.

It's time for another Pals Paper Arts Color Challenge. The colors are as follows.
The Shelterig Tree is my stamp set of choice.
Island Indigo c.s. is used for both my card base and the mat for the main image. The Pool Party c.s. layer was embossed with the Zig Zag Embossing Folder to add a bit more texture.
The sentiment is stamped in a trio of colors - Island Indigo, Pool Party, & Soft Sky to produce an ombre look on my card. In addition, a tree from Sheltering Tree was stamped with Sahara Sand Ink to form a background for my repetitive sentiment.
A small Soft Sky Button from the Subtles Buttons anchors my card. A tiny Whisper White Baker's Twine Bow sits atop the button. In the opposite corner, a Basics Hodgepodge White Heart Clip sports a piece of knotted Soft Sky Painted Blooms Cotton twine.
This card is headed to my friend Eletha who remains in ICU in a Seattle Hospital. Sending her lots of love and hugs!
