I have been on the lookout for these adorable mailboxes at target. Because we don't have a Target, my opportunity to check is very limited. Fortunately, I happened upon them one day when we were traveling and although there were only a few mailboxes, I was able to get what I needed.

The Hey Valentine Stamp Set by Stampin' Up! is so cuuuuuute. This little pirate image with the treasure chest was the perfect mage for me to be able to slip in a coin. If you look closely, you will see a slit in the "coins" where I put in a dime. The dime is taped down on the backside of the card to insure that it isn't going anywhere.
My card size is 3" x 3" which means that it will fit inside my mailbox with the treat. Coloring with a variety of blendabilities puts the finishing touches on the pirate. Of course, I need a pirate and a mailbox that will work for my Granddaughter.

A pirate might not like the look, but I know that Katie will adore it. A cellophane bag filled with Valentine M & M's will surely bring a smie to her face. A tag from Chalk Talk is stamped with Pink Pirouette Ink & cut out with a matching Chalk Talk Framelit. A length of Whisper White Baker's Twine tied in a bow will keep my bag snug.
With 3 Grandsons, I needed more than just silver maiboxes. What could be better than red for Valentines Day!

I know that my Grandsons will enjoy these – especially the m & m's!

Today is my friend Eletha's birthday. She has been in a Seattle Hospital since Thanksgiving. This is the card that our Stamp Club is sending to her.

My objective with this card is to give her a good belly laugh. What do you think? Will she crack up at it or will she thnk it is just bizarre?
First I stamped the image with Memento Black Ink & then I used a Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker to doodle inside each animal image. Then I colored over that with a variety of Blendabilities.

A sprinkling of hearts are placed randomly around the animals to let her know how much she means to all of us. Hope she enjoys it.

Today I have a sweet treat for you!

These candy tubes are so easy to create! If you need treats for a classroom, Grandchildren, neighbors or friends, these are the ticket. Stamp the image from the stamp set Hey, Valentine in whatever color ink you choose. Snip out the image and fold it in half.
Fill the 1" x 8" Cellophane Bags with a treat of your choice – I chose Valentine Colored M & M's. Fold the stamped image from above over the opening of the treat tube and staple shut with the Handheld Stapler

Tie a piece of Early Espresso Baker's Twine on a heart clip from the Basics Hodgepodge Clips. Clip this to the tag topper on your candy and you are ready for Valentine's Day! This is so quick & easy that you will have them finished in no time.
If you need any supplies to create this project, just click on the image to be taken to my Online Store. As always, I so appreciate your business! And remember, if you have any questions about my project, I am only an email away.
