The little bear in the stamp set Kind Koala is such a cutie! I knew that he would be among my first purchases.

I used a Sahara Sand Stampin' Write Marker to give the bear some color. The tips of his ears are given a swoosh with a Basic Gray Stampin' Write Marker. The flower is colored with a Hello Honey Stampin' Write Marker in order to match the Hello Honey Cardstock Base. A Rhinestone Basic Jewel adds some bling to the center of my flower.

The bright paper from the Moonlight dsp pack provides a fun and whimsical backdrop. The banner bear is mounted on a piece of Blackberry Bliss cardstock in order to give a bit of separation between the bear banner and the dsp banner. The cute heart clip from the Basics Hodgepodge Clips has a piece of Blackberry Ribbon tied around it for added charm.
If you too would love to own this darling Koala, click on the shop now button to be taken to my online store. Or simply click on the image of the bear below and you will be taken directly to my On Line store..

I stepped outside of my comfort zone today when I used the Friends Who Know stamp set and I have to say that really enjoyed it!

Stamping it with Memento Black Ink created a chalkboard look. Using the Stampin' Write Markers, I colored in select words in the same colors as the pennants and arrow. The Lost Lagoon banner was stamped with an image from Tap Tap Tap stamp set with Lost Lagoon Ink. The Hello Honey Baner was created using the Bordering Blooms stamp set & Hello Honey Ink. The Smokey Slate banner has nothing stamped on it. The Blackberry Bliss arrow was punched with the What's Up Punch. It was then popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals.

The background is a piece of dsp from the Moonlight dsp Pack. The Blackberry Bliss layer was cut with a Labels Collection Framelit to match the stamped layer. The banners are slid between the Labels Layers. A piece of Hello Honey 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon is tied to a paperclip from the Basics Hodgepodge Clips.
After looking at the picture, I went back and added some Rhinestones on the bottom. It gives my card more balance.

I always look at the Mojo Monday sketch but I have not entered a card. Seems like I am always working on something else. Well, today is the day that I am entering a card. Here is the sketch.

And, here is my card,

I used the Decorative Dots Embossing Folder to add some texture to my card base. The Sea Street Stamp Set combined with the Maritime paper goes together like peanut butter and jelly! I used some of the dsp for background paper which was matted on Coastal Cabana cardstock. The Octopus Image is stamped in Night of Navy, cut out, and matted on a piece of Real Red cardstock and finally matted on a piece of Maritme dsp.

The rope image is stamped and cut out. A row of flags was snipped from the dsp and hung from the rope image. Finally, an image from Banner Banter was stamped in Night of Navy and punched out with the Banner Punch. It was popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals in the midst of the flags. A few small Rhinestone Basic Jewels add some shine to the eyes of the Octopus.
