My card today is a bit different than my normal card. I rarely create collages but it just felt like what I wanted to do today.
A dsp from Playful Palette creates a border around my image piece which is stamped on Crumb Cake Cardstock. Dapper Denim Cardstock does the same for the dsp layer. Al three are layered on a Whisper White card base.
The large bouquet image is stamped in both White Craft Ink & Dapper Denim Ink. Then a variety of stamps from Awesomely Artistic are inked in either Emerald Envy or Dapper Denim & stamped off once or twice before stamping the image on the main piece.
The Frame is stamped in Emerald Envy & cut out with the Project Life Cards & Labels Framelit. The sentiment is stamped with Dapper Denim Ink. A length of Linen Thread adds some dimension to the frame which is also popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals. A smattering of Pearls adds the final touch.
The countdown is on for the 2016 -2017 Annual Catalog to go live! Do you have your wish list ready? I am still finalizing mine. So many exciting choices that I keep changing my mind about what to buy first.

Interesting card! My eye went I’m.elaborately to the hint of DAP around the edges. This card is different for you but quite intriguing.
I like this card! My eyes went to the stamped flower set. Love flowers!
Oh my friend, this is so fun and so fantastic! Love all the little subtle images. Dragon flies – we have seen quite a few this past week on our walks and in our yard. How ironic you have them on your card! Loving the Emerald Envy and the Dapper Denim together. Then, the flowers look so fine with both stamping in the white and the denim creating sort of a shadow or more of a highlight to the flowers. Just a really neat look complete with the pearls! Of course the Crumb Cake for the background is always wonderful for blues and greens if you ask me. I love the little bit of the linen thread for a little texture too. So fun and so creative! Love how that Emerald Envy DP made a little border around the card, is that cool or what? Love Barb’s “I” words interesting and intriguing!
