It's time for another sneak peek from the 2016 – 2017 Annual Catalog. The stamp set Love & Affection is one that I preordered along with the Affectionately Yours Specialty Designer Series Paper, Floral Affection Textured Impressions Embossing Folder & the Copper Stampin' Emboss Powder. It is presented as a suite along with matching Affectionately Yours Designer Washi Tape.
The DSP is gorgeous with shiny Copper Embossing throughout the paper. It is placed on a strip of Watermelon Wonder Cardstock which in turn sits at a jaunty angle on a piece of Whisper Whits C.S that has been embossed with the retiring Honeycomb Texture Impressions Embossing Folder.
A strip of Mint Macron C.S. is embossed with the new Floral Affection Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. After stamping a small flower from the Love & Affection Stamp Set with Crumb Cake Ink on Daffodil Delight Cardstock, I fussy cut the flower and popped it up with Stampin' Dimensionals on a matching spot on the Mint Macron strip. Notice that the center of the flower is stamped with another image and embossed with the Copper Embossing Powder. Two leaves were also stamped, fussy cut & popped up.
The sentiment from Love & Affection is stamped with Versa Mark Ink on Daffodil Delight C.S., heat embossed with Copper Embossing Powder & punched out with the retiring Washi Tape Punch. It is also popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today! Your comments mean the world to me so if you have time, please let me know what you think of todays card.

I like everything about this card. The embossing, the Watermelon Wonder at a jaunty angle, The placement of the little flower and the saying, I like it all.
True love! Look at all the fun details with the embossing, copper accents, jaunty (love that term) tilt of the watermelon panel, and all those fun flowers. What a mixture of old and new! Well done! I had to laugh, a month ago I visited a stamp store in West Des Moines and bought copper embossing powder thinking that SU probably would never do that and the color is just so rich and fun. Then, I learned the other day they came out with it and now I see it on your card. I think I will really like the new EF that you used. It looks great in mint macaron with that cute flower and leaves on there. What a riot of glorious color!
I love this card! The design, the paper and stamp!! Great job!
