This super simple card is headed to my Granddaughter who lives out-of-state. Katie loves to create. Of course stamping is right up her alley. These sweet flowers remind me of Katie so I just had to use them on a card for her.
GINGER'S TIPS:
- A Crumb Cake Notecard is the perfect size for my note.
- English Garden dsp provides the perfect floral layer for my card.
- What about a sentiment? Happy Happenings to the rescue. It says exactly what I feel.
- Use the new Triple Banner Punch to create a simple banner and attach it to the card with a snippet of bold striped Everyday Chic Designer Washi Tape.
- Now to add is some bling from the Metallics Sequin Assortment. A trio of gold sequins are scattered about.
- The only thing left to do is put it in the mail to my Sweet Katie!
Thank you Stampin' Up! for showcasing this card in the annual catalog. They make it so easy to case (copy and share everything)!
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
Hugs,
Ginger
STAMPIN' UP! SUPPLIES USED:
Oh what a sweet card! I think I am enjoying the look of that DP and that might be one of my first DP I order. How old is Katie? Whatever the age, she will love it! I have to smile as I never see these cards in the catalog and then someone CASEs one and I think it is usually pretty neat. I go back and look in the catalog for it and I always like what everyone did to make it their one. The Washi tape is a fun touch and I need to use it more. Today I recognized the banner right off! You know me, I would have put a few of the sequins on the flower centers! Have a great weekend.
Katie will love her card! Especially because it is from Grandma!
I like the DSP and the saying. Perfect together.
Darling! She will love that! That stamp saying is money and I love the new DSP.
