It's time to play with the PPA again. Here's the sketch from the talented Nicole Watt.
And, here is my card for the challenge.
Although I have owned the stamp set Kind & Cozy for some time, I had not inked it up until I made this card. It is just such a cozy set – perfect name for it! It reminds me of special times and special feelings. This is a stamp set that I want to use again but it is on the retiring list. So, you know what that means. If you want it, buy it now because it is going away.
My color palette is Early Espresso, Marina Mist & Tangerine Tango with a Whisper White card base. The Early Espresso is embossed with the Spring Flowers Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.
For a delicate edge on the bottom of the Early Espresso, I punched a strip of Tangerine Tango with the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch.
My favorite part of this card is the sentiment. I just like the look of it. The little flowers are a perfect accent for the font.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
Hugs,
Ginger

I love this card! What a warm cozy feeling it gives!
I have been looking at this set for a long time. I couldn’t decide if I would use it a lot or not. Mary Fish had used it and I loved her card. I love the gingham border esp! The only thing I didn’t like was the word “YOU” on it. But, the little flowers are so cute. the little cup is a favorite too. Warm and cozy says it well. Love your treatment of it. The scallops are perfect on this! Love it!
One of my favorite designs from you, Ginger! And we both used Kind & Cozy! Love how you flipped the sketch!
Such a darling card, Ginger! Love this set!
