I am soooo excited!  Yesterday,  I decided to try my hand at Subway Art on a small scale – card size.  It really is addicting!  Pick a theme, gather stamps, and choose a color palette.

Round rt

There are no rules!  Stamp off the page, stamp upside down, stamp backwards – you get the idea.  The only part of this card where used a stamp-a-ma-jig was on the vertical "HAPPY" .  Other than that,  I used a clear block that had a Clear-Mount Perfectly Placed Guide on it.  If you don't own these guides, please consider getting them because they are extremely helpful in keeping sentiments straight.

Round left

Although I chose to use a good number of my stamps, you can create Subway Art with just a few stamps.  I also used all of my Bright Classic Ink Pads but, it can be done very effectively with a few.

However, if you would like to have as many stamps and ink as I do, consider joining the Gingerstampers.  Today is the last day to join Stampin' Up! for $99 and receive $150 worth of product of your choice!  If you are interested, click on the join now button at the top of this post.   If you would like to hear more, just email me or give me a call.  I would love to help you increase your collection at a discount!

Remember that it doesn't have to be perfect.  It is a handmade card and the recipient will be happy that you made an effort just for them.  Be sure to check back tomorrow because I will have another Subway Art card for you.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!  If you need the Clear-Mount Perfectly Placed Guides,  just click on the image below and you will be taken directly to my Online Store.

Hugs,

Ginger
