Sometimes it is fun to just create a simple card.  That is what the post today is about.  A simple card with a wow factor.

Happy Watercolor -Apothecary rt

I like the look of a stamped image inside some type of cut-out window.  In this case, I used a die from the Apothecary Accents Framelits Collection.

First, cut the die image on the right side of a 4" x 5-1/4" Whisper White mat.  Emboss the mat with the Decorative Dots Embossing Folder  (available Jan.28th free with a $50 purchase).

Without attaching the mat, hold it in place and use a pencil to nark a few places on the card base.  Lift the mat and stamp the image from the Happy Watercolor Stamp set with Black StazOn Ink.

I used a Blender Pen with Daffodil Delight and Tangerine Tango ink pads to color my flower.  The stem was done in Always Artichoke.

The sentiment from So VeryGrateful was also stamped with Black StazOn Ink.

Thank You1- flat
