Blog friends I have the cutest halowwen treat bag to share with you today. I saw the idea on Pinterest and knew immediately that I had to make some.
Aren't they the cutest! Honestly, I think it took me much more time to find some Ghost peeps then it did to make the S'More Treat Bags. I think my local grocer was getting tired of me asking if they had gotten any ghost peeps in yet. My husband suggested that I check one of the Box Store in town. What a smart man! Just picture me in the middle of the "Halloween" aisle at this store doing a happy dance when I found the Ghost Peeps!
Here's what the back of the treat bag looks like. I wanted to include directions for making the smore so I printed them on a label.
My Witches' Brew paper pack had very little left in it but all I needed for this project was small pieces. Both a piece of this dsp and a piece of Basic Black cardstock were cut with the Labels Collection Framelit. I used the 3rd & 4th largest framelits.
The tags were stamped with images from the Halloween Hello stamp set. The banner tag was cut with the Hearts a Flutter Framelit. A black Glimmer Brad was added to ramp up the bling for Halloween.
The witch & the bat were punched with the Large Oval Punch. They were the layered on a Scalloped Oval punched from Basic Black cardstock. The treat bag is one of our 4" x 6" Cellophane Bags. I used snail to close the bag & then snugly secured the bag topper.
I think the Grandchildren & neighbor kids will like their S'More Treat Bags! Do you think I should make my husband a treat bag? He kinda deserves it doesn't he!
