Is there anything better than getting to celebrate the birth of a new baby? For some reason, it seems that those are the easiest cards to make. This one is for a customer who just had a new baby!

Have you noticed those adorable Cute Clips on page 28 of the Spring Occasions Mini catalog? Included in the Hung Up set of clips is an hanger! So, of course, I wanted to investigate combining it with the dress framelits. Here it is on the outside of my card.

And, this is the inside of the card.

I love the yellow-black color combo. It just makes me happy!
