APER PUMPKIN PREPAID SUBSCRIPTIONS

Want to promote Paper Pumpkin at your parties and events? Do it by offering prepaid subscriptions-your hostess earns benefits for them!

With  Mother's Day just around the corner, it's a great time to take advantage of these prepaid subscriptions that can be bought as gifts. It's the gift that keeps on giving!

ItemPaper Pumpkin Prepaid SubscriptionPrice (Shipping Included)
137858 1 month$19.95
137859 3 months$59.85
137860 6 months$113.70 — save $1 per month
137861 12 months$215.40 — save $2 per month

The Perks

  • Paper Pumpkin Hostess Benefits: You can add prepaid subscriptions to workshop orders, which means the hostess can earn benefits on Paper Pumpkin!
  • Higher Commissions: You get commissions on the full price of the prepaid subscriptions even though the shipping costs are calculated into the price.
  • Uninterrupted Subscriptions: When your customers redeem their subscription on www.mypaperpumpkin.com, they can put in their payment information at checkout to keep receiving their monthly kit once their prepaid subscription ends (although they aren't required to give their payment information).

How It Works

  1. When your customer places their order, they'll receive an e-mail with instructions on how to redeem the prepaid subscription.
  2. They'll go to www.mypaperpumpkin.com and enter the redemption code.
  3. They'll start enjoying their monthly Paper Pumpkin project kit the very next month!

The Fine Print

  • Prepaid subscriptions can be made on all order types: demonstrator, workshop, customer, or online.
  • Each Paper Pumpkin account can only use one redemption code at a time. For example, if someone buys two six-month prepaid subscriptions, they'll enter the first code and then after six months can enter the second code.
  • When calculating a customer's order, which includes a prepaid subscription, remember that shipping is included-so you won't have to figure shipping for that item; however, you will need to include tax (use the hostess's tax rate).
  • While not intended to be a gift subscription program, you or your customers can buy a prepaid subscription and give it as a gift. You'd just purchase the prepaid subscription and when you receive the redemption code, share it with the recipient of your choice who can redeem the subscription at www.mypaperpumpkin.com.
  • Redemption codes will become invalid if not used within three years of the purchase date (two years for residents of California).
  • Take a look at the Paper Pumpkin FAQ for more information on prepaid subscriptions.

Tips

  • Encourage your customers to put in their payment information when they're redeeming their prepaid subscription so they'll get to continue receiving their monthly kit after their prepaid subscription ends. (But your customers won't have to put in their payment information if they don't want to.)
  • Let your hostesses know that they will earn benefits for prepaid subscriptions. Coach them to think of all their friends who'd love to receive a project kit every month. Remember that even if they can't attend the workshop, prepaid subscriptions can be ordered with a hostess code.
  • Talk about Paper Pumpkin at all your stamping events. Let people know how exciting it is to receive each month, and how much fun it is to put together the projects. If customers seem nervous about committing, recommend a three-month prepaid subscription as a good trial so they can learn how much they love it.
  • Consider contacting all of your current Paper Pumpkin subscribers to let them know this option is now available. If they love the program, they may want to consider a prepaid subscription as a gift for a friend.
  • Share this image on your blog, Facebook page, Pinterest, or anywhere else!

A Ginger Snap! Need a Dad Card?

You may have missed my post yesterday because Typepad was having issues.  But, I wanted to update you.  My glasses have been sent to the lab for repair – new lenses and a frame overhaul.  It will be a week to 10 days before I will get them back.  In the meantime, I am using an old pair of glasses.  Although not as good as my current glasses, they will help me limp by until mine are repaired,

With Father's Day fast approaching, I decided to spend a bit of time on Masculine cards this week. Looking Up to Father from the Celebrate the Everyday Catalog is such a perfect stamp set for masculine cards.

Rt
This is a simple card because I wanted to create a card that could be mailed without special packaging or extra cost.  A small piece of Pear Pizzaz designer paper from the Subtles Designer Series Paper Stack adds a touch of color to the top of my card.

The 2 cardstock panels are 1-1/2 " wide by 4-1/4 long. Keeping with the zig zag pattern from the designer paper,  they are both embossed with the Chevron Texture Impressions Embossing Folder.

Left

The tree was colored with Pear Pizzaz, Old Olive, and Early Espresso Stampin' Write Markers.  Remember to use the side of your brush marker when coloring a stamp or you could damage your marker.

In order to add some visual interest to my simple card, I used a Labels Collection Framelit to cut the image out.  To give this piece some dimension, I inked the edges with Early Espresso Ink and popped it up with Stampin' Dimensionals.

Straight

The sentiment is actually part of this stamp.  As I often do when the sentiment is connected to the stamp, I performed surgery on the stamp to separate the sentiment from the image.  When I do this, I adhere the sentiment to the back of the wood block so that I can use the image and the sentiment individually.  This time I inked the sentiment with Early Espresso Ink and created a banner.  Notice the Linen Thread that is wrapped around the right side of the sentiment.

All -in-all, this is a simple card that goes together quickly.  And, this design can be used for any theme.  But, it works particularly well for masculine cards because there is no need for much embellishment.

A Ginger Snap!

Hi my friends and Blog readers!  We just returned home after a trip to Salt Lake City to watch various activities of our Grandchildren.  It was a very busy, but fun filled week. Although there was much to be happy about, there is just 1 happening that I am not at all happy about.  My eye glasses fell out of the case onto a cememnt driveway. Unfortunately, I have 2 issues – scratched lenses and glasses that fold in half – but not where they are suppose to fold!  I was wearing my prescription sunglasses when the accident happened.

Now, I know that you are wondering what this has to do with you.  Well, I knew that I wanted to create a card for my blog today and I had to do it with my broken and scratched glasses.  So, I am asking for your kindness today when you view my card!

Feels Good rt
Obviously, I needed a fairly simple card because my glasses kept slipping off my nose.  Can you picture me holding my glasses with one hand and creating my card with the other hand….  Soomehow, this sentiment from Feels Good just seemed to fit my situation!

Feels Good left

One of my favorite Designer Paper Packs from the Celebrate Everyday Mini Catalog is the Retro Fresh Pack.  It is only available until June 1, so I definitely wanted to use it again.  And, it has the cutest matching Washi Tape.

Card Facts – Several banners were cut from 2 patterns of the Retro Fresh dsp.  In addition, 2 banners were created from the Retro Fresh Washi Tape

The sentiment from Feels Good was inked in Coastal Cabana.

Color the smallest rhinestones with the soon to be released Blendabilities Alcohol Markers.  I used both the Coastal Cabana  & the Pumpkin Pie markers.

Normally, this would be a quick and easy card but I can tell you that the scene at my house probably would have made an entertaining video!

Just a reminder that time is running out to fill those wishlists from the Celebrate the Everyday Mini Catalog.  This catalog ends on June 1, 2014.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!  Bet you can guess where I will be going today…….

Hugs,

Ginger
