A Ginger Snap! Super Heroes on the Loose!

When Calling All Heroes was released, I was really excited to get it because last Halloween my Granddaughter dressed as Wonder Woman and my Grandson went as Superman.  As I was surfing Pinterest, I came across an adorable card from  stampablessing.com.  I made just a few changes in creating my card.

The Heroes fit perfectly on a Circle Card and flying above the skyline is what they do!  Speaking of the skyline, I stamped it twice with Memento Black Ink on Whisper White cardstock and fussy cut the image.  I glued the skyline on the back of the card and used the leftovers on the fron of the card.

Front open

The faint stars on the front of the card are stamped with Gold  Metallic Encore Ink.  The dots on the right side front are courtesy of the Perfect Pennants Stamp Set & they are also stamped in Gold.  The ring of  Daffodil Delight  beneath the Super Heroes was punched with the 2-1/2" Circle Punch.

Back 2

After stamping the Heroes, I used the Circle Framelits to cut them out.  The sentiment on the front of the card was stamped with the alphabet stamps that come with the stamp set,  The graphic bubble is also part of the set.

A Ginger Snap! A World of Dreams Peek-A-Boo!

My card today is a black & white sympathy card,  The Back to Black dsp is a dream to work with and once again, it is my paper of choice.

Flat peek-a-boo

To create this card, I used a Circle Framelit to cut a hole in the Back to Black dsp.  I mounted this piece of paper on my standard size card base.  Using the Circle Framelit that is one size smaller, I cut a hole in the front of the card.  Using a pencil, I lightly traced the circle so that I would have a guide for my stamped image from the World of Dreams.  Opening up my card, I centered & stamped the image with Memento Black Ink.

Left peek-a-boo
As you open the card, you see more of the stamped image on the inside of the card.  The sentiment ifrom Love & Sympathy is also stamped with Memento Black Ink.  A strip of 3/4" Basic Black Chevron Ribbon is topped with a knotted piece of Basic Black 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon.  A small piece of Gold Sequin trim is tied in the knot.

Inside peek-a-boo

A small piece of matching dsp covers the ribbon ends on the inside flap of the card.

A Ginger Snap! Flower Patch & Fabulous Four!

The Flower Patch stamp set has been sitting on my table patiently waiting to see ink!  Tonight was finally the night for this stamp set to get used.

Celebrate rt
It is a wonderful stamp set and so easy to use.  In addition, the Flower Fair Framelits are a perfect match.  Better yet, the stamp set and the framelits can be purchased as a bundle (# 136788) for a savings of 15%.

Celebrate left

After stamping my flowers and using the matching framelits to cut them out, I randomly adhered a few of the 2013-2015 In Color Sequin Assortment.  They add some bling to my card.

The sentiment from Fabulous Four is stamped with Calypso Coral Ink to match the standard card base.  A small layer of Crisp Cantaloupe can be seen peeking out between the Whisper White  & the Calypso Coral layers.

This is definitely a quick and easy card.  And, one that I will use often.  I think I will go ahead and stamp some extra images from Flower Patch to have on hand because this would be a nice card for so many occassions.  And, I can store the pre-stamped images in a Half Wood-Mount Case.
