The Holiday Mini Catalog from Stampin' Up! goes live on August 28th. So, today I am featuring a few sneak peeks.
Sorry that my picture is so dark. I created my card in the evening and I photographed it after dark. If you look closely. you can see the Lucky Stars Textured Impressions Embossing Folder was used on the front of my card.
The next layer also uses the stars theme. The Trim the Tree Designer Series Paper Pack has a variety of paper and the piece I used on my card is perfect! A few loops of Linen Thread adds a fun touch.
The Santa mustache is actually made up of 3 layers of mustache. The sentiment is from Holiday Invitation and it is stamped with Cherry Cobbler Ink. The ends of the sentiment are banner cut and popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals. Check out the Rhinestone on the pom pom of Santa's hat.

How many new items can you spot with my card?
- The texture on the background is courtesy of On Point Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. If you counted it as a new item, then you get a point!
- The tree is also new. It is from the stamp set Festival of trees. I am thrilled with this set because it can be used for much more than Christmas. The stamp set has at least 4 trees that are not limited to Christmas.
- How about the sparkle? It is from a new embellishment called Frosted Sequins. In addition to the silver sequins used on my card, the set also has some white snowflake sequins.
- If you counted the metal star as a new item, deduct a point. they can be found on page 209 of the Annual Catalog. It is from the Basic Hodgepodge Clips .
- The red & white banner was created from a new dsp stack called Trim the Tree.
