Are you ready for the season of giving treats? I wanted a pouch suitable for both mini candy bars and another for fullsize treats. After seeing a post by Janet Holmes, I wanted to adapt this to a larger size. Following her directions, I created a smaller pouch so I would know the process.

Knowing the idea behind the pouch, helped me to create larger pouches.

And, one for when you don't feel like a nut!

The dimensions for the larger pouch :
dsp – 3-1/2" x 11" & score at 4-1/2". Fold the flap up after using Fast Fuse Adhesive on the sides of the short flap.
I used the Color Me Autumn Designer Washi Tape as a decoration on the sides of my pouch.
My tag was created the same way as Janet made hers.

Talk about the best of all worlds! Today I was able to use a new photopolymer stamp set - Gentle Peace with the Blendabilities from Stampin' Up!

I chose to stamp the image with Black Staz On Ink on a Window Sheet. Because I am using my Blendabilities in order to color my image, I have to turn the image over and color on the back. The reason – blendabilities are not compatible with Staz On Ink. But I was afraid that the Memento Black Ink would smear on the Window Sheet.

After coloring my image, I used 3 Glue Dots on the opposite side so that I could adhere it to Whisper White cardstock. I snipped around the edges so that it looks like a stained glass window, The White Cardstock brightens the image.

My A2 size Smokey Slate card front is embossed with the Filigree Frame Textured Impression Embossing Folder. I thought that it was a lovely frame for my image.

One more time with Naturs's Peace. I just had to try it with simple Whisper White Embossing Powder. It just might be my favorite of the cards I have made using this stamp.

I like the contrast between the darkness of the Night Of Navy Cardstock and the lightness of the image done with Whisper White Embossing Powder. Of course, I used the Embossing Buddy on my cardstock prior to stamping the image with Versa Mark Ink.

A smattering of Pearl Basic Jewels adds to the regalness of my card. Somehow I thought that they were the perfect embellishment for this simple card. They add a richness to the card without overpowering it.

In this view, you can really see the pearls. The final touch of bling is the layer of Glimmer Paper that separates the standard card base rom the Night Of Navy Cardstock.
Which of the three cards using Nature's Peace is your favorite? Please leave me a comment with your vote. Tomorrow I will be moving on to a new stam set.
