Talk about the best of all worlds! Today I was able to use a new photopolymer stamp set - Gentle Peace with the Blendabilities from Stampin' Up!
I chose to stamp the image with Black Staz On Ink on a Window Sheet. Because I am using my Blendabilities in order to color my image, I have to turn the image over and color on the back. The reason – blendabilities are not compatible with Staz On Ink. But I was afraid that the Memento Black Ink would smear on the Window Sheet.
After coloring my image, I used 3 Glue Dots on the opposite side so that I could adhere it to Whisper White cardstock. I snipped around the edges so that it looks like a stained glass window, The White Cardstock brightens the image.
My A2 size Smokey Slate card front is embossed with the Filigree Frame Textured Impression Embossing Folder. I thought that it was a lovely frame for my image.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today. Remember, if you need any of the supplies used to create this card, just click on the image and you will be taken to my OnLine store.
Hugs,
Ginger

I love this stamp!
You hit this one out of the ballpark! It is beautiful and thanks for the instructions on how to do it if using stazon ink. Nice job!
Beautiful! I agree with Barb thanks for the directions using the Staz Om! Loving your Xmas cards!
Gorgeous coloring! I have seen some other cards and they didn’t yse as much color and looked more drab. Yours is really pretty. Maybe the window sheet made the difference> I also love the embossing on the card part and the smokey slate color really ties it all together! Wonderful job! Oh, I just looked at the EF in the catalog and your card really shows off this folder. The catalog sure doesn’t do anything for it!
