I am thrilled to be back and to report that I had a marvelous day creating yesterday. Have you heard of the Baby Wipe technique? Let me show you my card and then I will explain the technique.

Here's the process.
1. Place 3 open baby wipes in an empty clear stamp case.
2. Select a variety of reinkers – I used 2 main color families this time but you can try anything that sounds good. Within those color families, select 3 or 4 reinkers.
3. Start with the lightest color first and progress to the darkest. Then switch colors. Place a drop of reinker on the baby wipe. Move around and continue to place drops of reinker. Use progressively less of each color. Finally, use the darkest color sparingly. Make sure that there are no areas without color.
4. I spritzed my baby wipes with a few sprays of water.
5. Push stamp into the baby wipes. Becareful not to get ink on the edges of your stamp but press with enough force to color your stamp.
6. Stamp image on Whisper White Cardstock.

Decorate as you please. I used Old Olive Blendabilities to color a few snowflakes from the Frosted Sequins and I used a glue dot to adhere a small round silver sequin to the middle of each snowflake.

In addition, I embossed my image piece with the Filigree Frame Embossing Folder. This is then matted on a piece of Old Olive Cardstock which in turn is matted on a Rose Red card.
If you are making lots of Christmas cards, this is a quick and easy way to craete them. Once you have the baby wipe case ready, you can probably stamp 10 or more cards. If the ink is getting light, just spritz with water.

This past weekend I participated in a craft bazaar. Although it was very cold outside (-18 I think), the bazaar went well. I thought I would share one of my projects with you.

Do you recognize the paper? It is Under the Tree Speciaty Designer Series Paper. Its heavier weight makes it ideal for any 3-D projects. The decorations include Frosted Sequins, a Wreath stamped and cut out with the Wonderous Wreath Bundle, and finally Stars created with the Stars Framelits & some Glimmer Paper.

But, dsp also makes beautiful bags, This bag was created using a sheet from Nordic Noel Designer Series Paper. In order to make the bag a bit more sturdy, I cut a rectangle from the cardboard backing sheet and slipped it in the bottom of the bag.

This bag was created from a discontinued paper pack and the candy canes are from a discontinued framelit.
