Welcome to the last challenge from the Pals Paper Arts (PPA). I am honored to be the designer for this sketch and I encourage you to play along. Because the sketch is simple it allows for a wide range of interpretation. Please consider joining us for the last challenge.
Here is the sketch.
As a former Math teacher, straight lines and angles are just part of my history. It was natural when designing a challenge to fall back on that history. And, the Moroccan Designer Series Paper fits right in with my sketch. If the sketch looks complicated, try looking at it as one piece of paper that has 1 diagonal cut. Separate the 2 cut pieces and you have the sketch!
Ginger's Snaps:
- Very Vanilla card base 4-1/4" x 11", scored at 5-1/2"
- Emerald Envy & Early Espresso Mats,
- Moroccan Designer Series Paper
- Stamp the sentiment from Endless Birthday Wishes with Emerald Envy Ink between the 2 sections following the slant of the paper,
- Adhere Emerald Envy Enamel Shapes to the card,
- Tie a bow with Emerald Envy Solid Baker's Twine, adhere with a Glue Dot,
- Mat a strip of matching Moroccan DSP on a strip of Emerald Envy Card Stock & attach to the inside of the card.

Stampin' Up! Supplies Used:
someone very special will get a card with all these stars! beautiful job, Ginger, and thank you for being part of the PPA Design Team!
Love this card! I will have to copy the card. Love the DSP, stars and the bow. You out did yourself!!
The angles you designed are awesome, such a fun card to play with. Love how you used the different DSP for yours.
What a surprise I got from you this morning. Something totally different and delightful!
Stellar! What a fun sketch – I will look to see what others have done. I just came from Susan’ blog which reminded me of our first Christmas in Houston when we went to go shopping for lamps and got all involved in the hysteria of Christmas shoppers at Marshall Fields. Anyway, then I come to yours with such a riot of patterns but it seems so lush and tranquil with the colors. Then I read you designed the sketch – hot dang! I love those colors and patterns together and then the stars going down the side just carries your eye down the card or upward to the bow (depending how you view it) It is just a fun card and oh so different. This the “up” escalator going up to the bow. What a fun birthday card! I love the inside too. I bet you ran out of the stars in that color!
This is such a striking card, Ginger! Love the way the dsp looks on your fabulous sketch!
All I can say is Stellar design for the ppa challenge! Love everything about this card! Awesome card!!
An absolutely stunning card for a fabulous sketch! I will miss designing alongside you, my friend!
