Hi Peeps! I am pleased to say that I may have fixed my computer problem. Let's see if this post works.
Thoughtful Branches is a wonderful stamp set that can be used in so many ways. Unfortunately, my Sister-In-Law Maria passed away and I needed a sympathy card for my brother. And, I turned to Thoughtful Branches, Petals & Paisleys Specialty designer Series Paper along with some Copper Foil Sheets.
I think that Maria would have liked this card. She loved to receive cards in the mail. As you can see, I forgot to photograph it until after I had written inside it.
The combination of the Thoughtful Branches Thinlits Dies & the Die Brush make it easy to create the Copper Foil Tree that is the centerpiece of my card.
Because I cut a few Paisleys from Copper Foil, I put one on the inside of the card & one on the envelope.
Today is my birthday. I had planned on posting a birthday card for fun but sometimes life gets in the way. Maria was a dear soul and she will definitely be missed.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
Hugs,
Ginger

A very nice card in honor of Maria, I agree Maria was a dear sould and your card is very fitting. Jim will enjoy receiving it in her honor. Very nice card!
Stunning card – I love it! I am so sorry it had to be a sympathy card for your brother. I love the richness of copper with the Night of Navy and the vanilla. Just beautiful.
So glad your computer issues are o.k.
Ack, I have not flipped over the calendar with birthdays on it. Happy belated birthday. I can safely say it is in the mail.
Safe travels this week.
