In my opinion. one of the most delicious items in the new 2016 SU Holiday Catalog is the Cable Knit Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.
If you mist your cardstcok with some water prior to embossing, the result is so lifelike. It truly does look like a warm winter sweater. Because the Embossing Folder is so thick iy only requires 1 standard cutting pad for the sandwich.
The sentiment from Wrapped in Warmth is inked with Emerald Envy Ink. After inking the stamp, I used a Blender Pen to remove the ink from the word Christmas. Then I used a Real Red Stampin' Write Marker to color it red. The sentiment layer is popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals & placed on top of a Delicate White Dollie so that only edges of the doillie show.
Did you see the strips of Warmth & Cheer Designer Washi Tape at the top of my sentiment piece? It is topped with a bow created with the Bow Builder Punch & the Warmth & Cheer Designer Series Paper Stack. The final touch is a 2016-2018 In Color Enamel Shape.
Thank you for stopping by my blog today!

Stampin' Up! Supplies Used:
I love the colors you chose. The embossing folder is a delight, seems it is different from the others.
How appropriate with the embossing folding that reminds me of knitting and warmth. Love the colors!
The computer wouldn’t let me leave a comment or see any comments on the paisley card, this post is fine.
Look at all that dreamy texture – just like a favorite sweater! I am green with envy! I hope my local demo or someone sends me a piece of cardstock embossed with this folder so I can really see and feel it. In other words, do I really need that embossing folder? I can’t believe I never bought the bow builder punch or even the retired die that made the bigger bow. Love that paper you used for the bow – so fun and sort of jaunty! Boy, this card is just screaming touch me with doily sections, Washi tapes and then that fun little heart enamel shape! You can tell I haven’t done much with my blender pen in that I didn’t realize you could totally remove the ink on the word Christmas and then use the marker to color it so there is a different color to the word. I guess that would have been a lot of work also using the markers to color the stamp to start with and might dry even with all the huffing and puffing! The sentiment was made to be used with this embossing folder! Oh so well done for this colorful beauty!
Love this card! The embossing folder is one of my favorites & the bow is outstanding! Totally awesome card!
You are right …… The detail on that embossing folder is fabulous!
