Finally the post with the directions for creating the box to hold your gorgeous cards! I made another box using the Sweet Sugarplum Cardstock.
Directions for the Box:
Cut 2 pieces of cardstock.
Bottom: 9-4/4 x 8-1/2
Top: 7-7/8 x 6-5/8
SCORE ON ALL 4 SIDES:
Bottom at 2"
Top at 1"
Cut on the score lines where there are xxxx's.
Fold the little flaps in & adhere. Repeat for the box bottom.
Add coordinating card stock & DSP to the Box Top.
Cardstock: 5-1/2 x 4-1/4
DSP: 5-1/4 x 4 (use one of the extra 6 x 4 pieces left over from the cards)
Embellish as desired. If adding ribbon to the Box Top, make 2 little slits on the edge of the top to put 14" of the ribbon through. Tie in a bow and trim the ends. Make a tag to fit the occasion and tie to the bow.

Stampin' Up! Supplies Used:
I like the paper you chose for the b ox. Thanks for the tutorial.
Very nice box for cards. Ty for the measurements and photos
I am always looking for different box instructions. Have a great day!!
Thanks for the tutorial! I am going to give it a try this weekend!!
Oh I like both box lids but I think the blue and green maybe is my favorite. This looks very doable. Thanks for the dimensions, makes it easier than trying to measure, guess, cut, and recut! That ribbon looks so pretty with both lids. I think I might need some of that too! I think I might get organized enough to make some of these templates for boxes and treat holders to have on hand rather than looking for them on the blogs etc. Sure would make life easier. Then, of course, put them all in one place! Have a great weekend and rest up some!
Thanks! Just what I needed for a “thank you” gift. Your vacation pictures were wonderful.
