As you are reading this post, I am attending On Stage Live in Salt Lake City! I can't wait to share all the new ideas and product with you! And of course, that includes a new catalog. But, I do have to follow the rules so the catalog will not be shown for awhile. In the meantime, check out my creation this week for the PPA sketch challenge,
The sketch by the very talented Susan Itell, makes card making fun!. So much you can do with this one. Consider joining us with this challenge.
It seems that the past few days I have been fixated on A Nice Cuppa stamp set from Stampin' Up! For this card, I used the single cup image with the matching frame lit. The "steam" provides a bit of whimsy and is courtesy of the Cup & Kettle Framelits Dies. This set has some fun pieces that I am itching to try.
The Designer Series Paper for my card can be found in the Sweet Li'l Things Paper Pack from the 2015 – 2016 S. U. Annual Catalog. The card base & the mats are created with Tip Top Taupe Cardstock.
One of my favorite embellishments in the Occasions Catalog are the Have a Cuppa Embellishments. The teaspoon hanging from the handle of the cup is just what this card needed. It is tied to the handle of the cup with a piece of Gold Metallic Baker's Twine.
The Very Vanilla Medium Envelope gets some loving' too via the Envelope Liner Framelits & some matching dap. It is so nice to be able to provide a special envelope with a handmade card and the best part is that it is so easy with the Envelope Liner Framelits.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
Hugs,
Ginger
Love this, Ginger! The strawberry print is so cute. I hadn’t noticed it before but I’ll look for it now. Goes right along with the cuppa tea I’m drinking now! Have fun at On Stage!
I like the combination of colors, bright and cheerful. Throw in a cup of tea with a spoon and you have a keeper.
Oh I love the bright teacup against the strawberry print! And oh how I wish I were in SLC with you!
You inspire me to use that adorable strawberry paper. Sweet tea time card!
Love everything about this card! Love the stamp, love the colors, & love the embellishments! Awesome card!
ADORABLE! You are a gal after my own heart…USE THAT DSP!!! It is so funny that we have it but many are afraid to use it in a bold way. You have paved the way….Great card!
Adorable, Ginger! It is “tea-riffic” just like you! You have inspired me to pull out the strawberry paper 🙂
The cup says it all! I don’t even remember the strawberry paper. Your card fits the sketch to a “TEA” errrr, I mean to a T! I guess the saying means like a T-square ruler type deal? Whatever I like the bright pop of color on this card and of course the little spoon is the best! Though the little steam heart is hot on the trail! I think I need a bit more sleep!
Fun Cuppa card, Ginger!
Wow, Ging, I can’t believe that I missed this card! I love it! You knocked it out of the park with this design!
