Another super simple card for the busy stamper!
Using a background stamp from Work of Art, I inked it first with Marina Mist and stamped near the top left of my card. Without reining, I stamped the image again just to the right of the first image.
After cleaning the stamp, I inked it with Pool Party Ink and repeated the same process used above but this time I stamped just below the first image.
Stamp both the sentiment & the duck image with Memento Black Ink. Using the Simply Scored Scoring Tool, I added a border around the image panel that is then popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Add a trio of Candy Dots & the card is finished. Super quick & a nice masculine card!
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
Great masculine card! Is it notecard size or A2? And is the scored edge 1/4″?
This is a beautiful card, your talent is beyond compare. Such variety of cards we fined on Gingerstamps.com. Thank you for the detailed instructions.
Shari it is an A2 card & you have a great eye – it is scored at 1/4″ all the way around.
Another great card! When I saw it, my first impression was serene!
Awesomely serene! I love this! I have been a fan of the duck stamp anyway though I have only used it once or twice. I guess I was worried I would wear it out? Anyway, I love the colors and the way it is stamped. I had never really thought about doing that with the two colors side by side. I had thought about stamping it the same color side by side but still didn’t try it. I need to just sit and play sometime. I also thought about sunset color and then a water-looking color. I have been hoarding my dots too – ummm, I wonder how they would look under Thoreau’s name rather than the right. Love that scoring too. Wonderful card!
