The Bright & Beautiful stamp set has been sitting on my table and today I decided that I wanted to use it. The detail in the stamp is lovely.
The Typset Designer Series Paper is perfect for background paper. It is delicate and luscious. I love the feel of it. And, it contains a nice variety of "newsprint" patterns.
My card is a case from the one in the 2014 – 2015 Holiday Catalog. The card base is Very Vanilla. If you look closely, you will see that there are actually 2 different layers of Typeset dsp.
The images from the Bright & Beautiful stamp set were inked with VersaMark Ink and then sprinkled with Gold Embossing Powder before being heat set with the Heat Tool.
A touch of red adds the final touch. I used the Cherry Cobbler Blendabilitiesto color a variety of Rhinestone Basic Jewels. Notice that the tiny sentiment popping out from the star was also stamped with Cherry Cobbler Ink. In addition, a small Cherry Cobbler strip was added to the top left of the card.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
Hugs,
Ginger
STAMPIN' UP! SUPPLIES USED:
Wow, this is very original! The more I look at the card, the more I like it!! Good Job!
Everyone is using cherry cobbler these days and every time I see the words or hear them, it makes me want some real cherry cobbler. The touch of the colored rhinestones on this star does make it shine! I haven’t played with this stamp set or framelits yet – maybe this will be my chance! This is really brilliant!
