Let's cheer for today! The weather has finely turned warm – more like summer! It is so nice to feel the sun on my face. So, my card today is Hooray for Today! The Geometrical Stamp set from the Celebrate the Everyday Catalog was just what I needed for my card.
The colorful circles are a result of inking the "circle" stamp from Geometrical in Crushed Curry, Island Indigo, & Basic Gray. The faux stitching is accomplished by piercing around the perimeter of my card with my Piercing Tool and then connecting the holes with a White Uni-Ball Signo Gel Pen.
The sentiment from Geometrical is stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. The splatter is from Gorgeous Grunge and is stamped off Memento Ink. The strip of dsp is from the soon to be retired Kaleidoscope dsp. Get it while you can – June 1st is the last date that you can purchase it. The strip of dsp is accented with some Island Indigo Baker's Twine.
Of course, with this sentiment, my card is appropriate for any type of celebration.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
Hugs,
Ginger

This card is fun and you feel like celebrating! Good job!
Hooray for Today, nice card. Makes this person want to celebrate!
I agree with the sisters! This is a fun card & a great one to make for the grandkids! Love the colors!
Happy card! I had to laugh as I read about the faux stitching and I looking at the strop of kaleidoscope paper and trying to figure that out. Duh, I missed the stitching around the card and realized it as I kept reading. I really like the gray with the curry color.
