As you know, I am having a ton of fun creating with the soon to be released Work of Art stamp set from Stampin' Up! This time I used a different image from the set.
My ink choices were Soft Sky, Marina Mist, Island Indigo and Night of Navy. Each image was stamped twice from the same ink pad. As you can see, each row is stamped slightly to the right of the previous row.
The star was punched from cardstock that was the same shades as the ink using the retired Merry Minis Punch Pack. I felt that the sentiment from Make a Wish has a definite masculine feel to it. After stamping it in Night of Navy Ink, I used a Chalk Talk Framelit to cut it out. Island Indigo Baker's Twine is used to anchor the sentiment. The addition of a few rhinestones finishes my card.
This card was created using a mixture of soon to be retired and soon to be released stamps. Did I mention how easy it is to create cards quickly with the new Work of Art stamp set. It is definitely a must have set, in my opinion!
Remember that if you need a new Stampin' Up! Catalog, I will be happy to send you one. If you have ordered from me this year, your catalog will be free. STAMPIN' UP! SUPPLIES USED:
I like this card. I’m anxious to make some of these different cards, they look simple and neat. This should get me out of the card mode I’m in.
