The last card from the set of Simple Stem cards is what I am sharing today. It probably won't surprise you to learn that the colors used in this card are among my favorites- Coastal Cabana & Crisp Cantaloupe. Some years ago, it was the rage to find out what your best color palette was based on your skin tones. The categories, were based on the seasons – Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall. Mine was spring. And of course, those truly are the colors that I prefer. Take a peek at the card.
Although the ink and the mat look dark in my picture, they are actually Early Espresso – not black. The flower from Simple Stems is stamped with Crisp Cantaloups ink. The sentiment is from Bring on the Cake and it is stamped with Early Espresson Ink.
The sentiment is flagged and attached to the far left of my card. A small piece of Crisp Cantaloupe c.s. is punched with the Scallop Edge Border Punch for a sweet accent under the sentiment. The addition of a few Pearl Basic Jewels and my card is complete.
If you have time, I would appreciate hearing what you think of my card today. As always, if you have any questions about how it was created, I would be happy to answer them. If you need any of the supplies used for todays' card, please click on the picture of the item below in order to be taken to my Online Store. I appreciate your business!
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!

STAMPIN' UP! SUPPLIES USED:
Another good job!
I really like this card. The colors great for Spring. Have enjoyed this set also. Have a great day.
I have seen this stamp in a stamp set but have never seen it used. Quite nice! Thanks for using it. I also like the colors you picked. The Early Espresso came out black for the card but about the right color in the list of items used.
I like the simplicity of this card & of course I love the colors you used so soft & gentle. I don’t think I have this stamp set but dang sure wish I did after seeing your cards. Awesome job once again!
I like it a bunch even though it is a single flower! Pretty choice of colors and the black or early espresso works either way! I just love the way you use the scalloped piece! But, my favorite part are the little pearls in the corner! Great job as always! I think the vanilla color works beautifully here!
