My card today is in appreciation to you for the wonderful comments that you left for me on my blog yesterday.  Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a comment.  It helps me to know what you would like to see and what direction I should work toward.  My card today is using the sketch from Freshly Made Sketches.

With Valentines Day nipping at my heels, I thought that I better get a few Valentines made.  Love You to the Moon is a good basic set that has a little of everything,  It fit right in with the sketch today.

Real Red, Tempting Turquoise and Very vanilla were my colors of choice.  They enhance the clean & simple nature of my card but yet they provide a fun dimension for a Valentines card.  The splat from Gorgeous Grunge provides both dimension and visual interest.  The scalloped heart from the Hearts a Flutter Framelit was embossed with the new Decorative Dots Embossing Folder available for free with a $50 order.  A sweet tempting turquoise small button tied with Cherry Cobbler Twine adds the final touch to the heart.

The sentiment was inked twice – once in Tempting Turquoise and once in Real Red.  "Stop" was snipped from the real red version and popped up with dimensionals on the tempting turquoise sentiment.  Look closely and you will see the smallest Rhinestone Basic Jewel inside the "o" of You in the sentiment.

The last touch was the xo xo heart stamped in real red.  It can also be found in the Love You to the Moon stamp set from Stampin' Up!
