The talented Margaret Moody provided the following sketch for the PPA 168 Challenge.a the sketch for the PPA 168 Challenge.
For my card, I turned the sketch and took some liberties with the circles.
The Witches' Brew Designer Paper provides the backdrop with the bat on newsprint dsp. I used both Halloween Bash and Halloween Hello to stamp images. I stamped the Beware from Halloween Bash twice – once in Pumpkin Pie and once in Black Staz On. The black image was punched with the Large Oval Punch to isolate the middle and the Pumpkin Pie image was punched with the Scallop Oval Punch. Stampin' Dimensionals made easy work of popping these up.
I stamped the Decorative Label image with Black Staz On and punched it out with the Decorative Label Punch. This provides the base for the images mentioned previously.
Halloween Hello has the cutest smaller images. From it, I selected my sentiment – Halloween Hello. I stamped it with Pumkin Pie ink and sprinkled clear embossing powder over it. The Heat Tool brought it to life. It looked a little plain so I edged it with Black Staz On ink to give it a spooky look.
Rhinestones and Pumpkin Pie Candy Dots add the finishing touches. Notice the rhinestones in the eyes of the largest bat on the dsp.
