Being a Grandma is about one of the best things ever! And, having the opportunity to celebrate a birthday with one of my Grandsons is pretty exciting. Conor turns 7 on Monday. When I was deciding what type of card to make for him, I didn't have to do much searching for a stamp set. Conor loves transformers, robots and superheroes. So, I decided to make him and his little brother the center of the universe!
Conor is one of the sweetest little boys ever. He is very attuned to people and their feelings. Unlike many boys that age, Conor is still willing to give Grandma & Papa a big welcome hug when we make the 3-hour drive to their house.
Hopefully this card will make a big hit with both boys. I am sure that Carson will like the idea of going to space with his big brother. He is definitely the adventurous one!
Normally I only use current product on my blog. But, I just couldn't resist using the Cloudy Day Embossing folder. A rocket just has to go through clouds – right?

Loving this card is easy with two adorable boys on it! I liked the colors and the paper but most of all the photo of Conor & Carson. Job well done!
Pretty neat for two young lads. I know they will cherish this card.
Won’t the boys enjoy this card!!They will think there grandma pretty great!!
What a clever idea. I think it is more difficult to make children’s birthday cards unless you can do something that will catch their eye. Most cards don’t do that but this one sure does. We need more ideas for children’s cards. Thanks for this one.
Wow this is as cute as can be……and so are those boys!
Such a perfect card! It could be framed and hung in their room for art! Darling!
I was talking to Conor the other night and he said unprompted, “Did you see the card that Grandma Ginger made for me?” He likes it as much as any gift! That says it all! Well done Grandma!
