Some of my favorites are retiring so I wanted to use them one last time. Word Play & Patio Party paper make creating a birthday card easy and fun.
The vibrant colors are a perfect match to the 3/8" StitchedIn-Color ribbon which I used to create banners. The Summer Starfruit Polka Dotted dsp from the Patio Party pack is bright but still subtle enough for a masculine card.
Baja Breeze & Midnight Muse cardstock seem to be my go to colors for masculine cards. I will really miss Baja Breeze when it retires the end of the month. The solid pieces of cardstock were all embossed with different embossing folders to add some dimension and texture to the card.
The Hung Up Cute Clips are a fun way to draw attention to the sentiment from Word Play. A touch of 3/8" Stitched Raspberry Ripple Ribbon gives it a finished look. The Owl Builder Punch provides a nice size heart to the card.
What is your favorite designer paper and stamp set from the retiring catalog? Honestly, I have more favorites! It often just depends on what I am using at the time.
Thanks for stopping by my blog!

Ginger
I like it! It is bright and fun!
This is a very nice card, pleasing to the eye. I like the bright colors, the use of the ribbon and the clip is a nice addition. Best of all, it can be used for either male or female. Well done.
I love this card! How bright & colorful & cheery! Great use of ribbon & of course I love the cute hung up clip too. Once again awesome job!
Another card I will be copying! The
Ribbons are my favorite part. Great idea!
