Creating a scrapbook page of my Grandaughter Katie was so much fun! She started Kindergarden this year and like most firsttime school children, she was over the moon with excitement. The first page shows her all ready to begin her fist day of school. Because Grandma was not there, I am leaving the journaling to her Mom. I am sure that she will have some appropriate words to share! These pages came together quickly because I used the For the Record Simpl Scrappin' Layout Kit from the Occassions Mini. Priced at just $9.95, it is a steal. Not only did it contain everything that I needed to do this 2-page spread, but I have a nice assortment of leftovers for future use.
As always, I love to hear from you, so please leave a comment.

What fun to be able to share with you a card made by my daughter Beth Klaumann who happens to also be a member of my Downline – The GingerStampers. Beth's card is a sweet Valentine with a touch of dazzle in the center of the flower. I love the look of the image stamped directly on the First Edition DSP.

Don't you just love a day spent creating when what you have in mind turns out better than what you anticipated? That's how it worked for me today when I used the Card Base Pop 'n Cuts die from Stampin' Up along with the Dress Form Pop 'n Cuts, also from Stampin' Up, for something other than a dress. With March fast approaching, I decided to do a St. Patrick's day card. First you see the outside of the card then the inside of the card. Your comments are very much appreciated so please leave one.
